Returns and refunds

Request a return within 7 days of delivery from your account. We approve the request before you send anything back, inspect what arrives, and refund once it has been graded - to the original payment method, or to store credit if you prefer.

Grocery cannot be returned once delivered. Made-to-order handicraft carries its own terms, stated on its product page.
